Designed with an open-plan layout, each King Single Room includes a king single sized bed and mattress, study space with desk, chair and light, wardrobe and fridge freezer, all finished with calm timber tones and smart lighting. Residents living in these apartments also have exclusive access to shared kitchens and bathrooms on each level. The Communal Kitchen features a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, with two electric stoves, sink and a secure food locker for each resident. Bathrooms are shared. Many King Single Rooms enjoy natural light and city views, creating a relaxed yet functional space for both study and downtime.
