Featuring step-free access, wider circulation space, an accessible private bathroom, and a thoughtfully designed kitchenette, this studio ensures ease of movement while offering the same modern features and privacy as our standard rooms.

What's included in your room?

Fully furnished - don't worry about the heavy lifting - we've got your covered with a mattress, wardrobe, study desk, study chair
Kitchen - all apartments are either fitted with a kitchenette (Studios) or multishare apartments are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen (Twin Studios, 3 Bed Ensuite, 4 Bed Ensuite, 5 Bed Ensuite).
Utilities - Wi-Fi, electricity and water are all included in your rent

You'll have access to:

Study Lounges - on the 1st and 2nd floor. Choose if you need some quiet time to prepare for exams or work on a group project with your friends!
Gym - open from 7am - 10pm, our gym is fully equipped with cardio machines, weight stations, functional training areas and more!

Bike Storage - Perth is best seen on two wheels! If you're travelling with a bike we have a secure bike storage free of charge!
