Stay in one of our 7 Bedroom apartments and enjoy the biggest living area of any apartment we offer. It boasts 3 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and lounge area, and is perfect for students new to Canberra looking to meet some fellow students. With the security and safety of a lockable door between the shared areas and your bedroom, you can comfortably enjoy a communal apartment.
The shared kitchen has two full-sized 420-Litre fridges/freezers, a convectional microwave oven and cook tops. There is also a dishwasher for added convenience. Your bedroom comes fully furnished with a desk lamp, study chair, telephone, chest of drawers and a king single or long single bed.
North Wing apartments have a 22-inch TV provided for each bedroom; South Wing apartments share a 32-inch TV in the lounge room. The apartment is heated and cooled by a centrally controlled ducted air conditioning system.
*Utility fees of $38.00 per week is included in the room rate.
