Studio – North and South Apartments - La Trobe University Bundoora (Melbourne) Campus

Have your own privacy in a studio room with your own bathroom and small kitchenette. PHD/Masters by Research Flexi Stays are strictly for eligible PhD and Masters by Research candidates. Your booking will not be confirmed until the appropriate documentation is sent through to lalreservations@latrobe.edu.au.

Living La Trobe University's newest North and South Apartments opened amidst the landscaped spaces of the inner campus precinct offering a vibrant, modern take on student living.

Eligibility criteria:

  • All Students aged 18 and over, who are enrolled in a La Trobe University (or La Trobe College Australia or RMIT University) course of study are eligible to apply to live at Living at La Trobe.
  • PhD/Masters by Research Flexi Stays are strictly for eligible PhD or Masters by Research candidates. Your booking will not be confirmed until the appropriate documentation is sent through to lalreservations@latrobe.edu.au.  PhD/Masters by Research Flexi stays cannot be booked beyond 8/12/25. If you would like to stay beyond that date, you will be given the opportunity to apply for summer accommodation at a later date.

Every bedroom is furnished and includes:

  • a king single bed
  • kitchenette equipped with microwave, sink and a fridge
  • bathroom
  • study desk and chair
  • wardrobe, storage space and bedside table and lamp
  • ceiling fan

Shared facilities include:

  • kitchens
  • common areas for recreation and entertainment

Rent includes:

  • All utilities such as electricity, gas, water and internet
  • La Trobe’s Residential Life Program
