A 2 bedroom apartment is on offer and it is completely furnished with double beds in all bedrooms, outdoor settings on spacious balconies, dining and living room furniture as well as a study desk and chair for each tenant. Each apartment features a full kitchen with gas burner stove, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and other appliances. The apartment also features ensuite bathrooms, balconies, individually controlled air conditioning and heating and secure car parking.

The property has been built as a safe and secure environment for students. Building access is only granted through individual keys for each apartment and there is 24hour staff monitoring the property sporadically and on call if ever you need.
