With all the features and comfort of our study bedrooms – Our Ensuite bedrroms are perfect for students wanting their own private bathroom. The modern Ensuite bedrooms are designed for ease, comfort, and high functionality. While ensuring that you have your own private secure individual bedroom and bathroom– each level provides access to a range of communal spaces to connect, study and socialise.
Ensuite Bedroom Features include:
- King single bed and mattress
- Study desk with ergonomic desk chair, pinboard and lamp
- Built-in wardrobe with hanging rails, adjustable shelving, wire drawer basked and full-length mirror.
- Roller blinds, Overhead shelving unit and robe hook
- Ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, basin, towel rail and Mirror cabinet (storage within)
- Air-conditioner and ceiling fan throughout
- Waste basket provided.
- Wi-Fi throughout
- Individual swipe card access to building/each bedroom
- Access to all communal spaces.
- Access to Self-Catered ‘MasterChef’ style kitchen and dining space
Please note, single semester or single/double trimester contracts are only available to Study Aboard and Exchange students or those students that are completing a course at the end of that semester or trimester period. Proof of enrolment is required with your application to be offered a contract outside of an Academic Year (two semesters) or Trimester Academic Year (three trimesters).
All of our rates are inclusive of unlimited Wi-Fi, all utility costs, cleaning of communal areas and fortnightly bedroom cleans.
The following fees are applicable upon a successful booking application (*fees are subject to change for the following year).
Application Fee $55
Administration Fee of $350
Annual Fee (Activities,Facilities,Damages) of $160 per year
4 Weeks rent paid upfront
Once we receive your application, we will be in contact via email regarding an accommodation offer. Please note, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and offers are only made during these times. *Please submit one application per person only - for one location only. Please contact us should you need to make any changes once your application is submitted.
