The following fees are applicable upon a successful booking application for an annual contract for 2026;

  • Administration Fee of $151.00 per booking
  • Facility Fee of $166.00 per person
  • Activity Fee of $272.00 per person
  • Departure clean of $169.00 per room
     

Semester-only contracts may be reviewed once all annual contract offers and options are exhausted (subject to exceptions as listed in Terms & Conditions).

The following fees are applicable upon a successful semester-only booking application for 2026.

  • Administration Fee of $151.00 per booking
  • Facility Fee of $85.00 per person
  • Activity Fee of $136.00 per person
  • Departure clean of $169.00 per room
