- Weekly/Fortnightly payment via bank transfer or Eftpos payments
What if I need to cancel my accommodation?
If you need to cancel your booking you can do so by emailing us a minimum of 7 days before your booking commences. Only what is stipulated as refundable will be refunded to you.
Cancellations on or after the 7 days will only be considered if:
- You have withdrawn from university, or,
- There are exceptional extenuating circumstances.
