Rooms and Apartments

Our 3 Bedroom apartments are designed with easy living in mind. The small units are great for students who are looking to share with a group of friends or for anyone who is looking to make new friends! 

Our 3 Bedroom Share Apartment features:  

• 2 seater sofas and a coffee table
• 1 x showers and 1 x toilet
• King Single Bed in each bedroom 
• Study desk with chair and lamp in each bedroom
• Wardrobe in each bedroom
• Kitchenette with kettle, microwave and bar fridge 
• Air-conditioner and fan in lounge area AND each bedroom
• Wi-Fi access throughout 
• Individual electronic fob access to each bedrooms   

All of our rates are inclusive of unlimited Wi-Fi, all utility costs, 3 meals per day available at the dining hall, Weekly cleaning of communal areas and fortnightly bedroom cleans. 

Please note, single semester or single/double trimester contracts are only available to Study Aboard and Exchange students or those students that are completing a course at the end of that semester or trimester period. Proof of enrolment is required with your application to be offered a contract outside of an Academic Year (two semesters) or Trimester Academic Year (three trimesters).

The following fees are applicable upon a successful booking application (*fees are subject to change for the following year):

• Application Fee $55 
• Administration Fee of $350
• Annual Fee (Activities,Facilities,Damages) of $160 per year
• 4 Weeks rent paid upfront   

Once we receive your application, we will send you a letter of offer with your confirmed booking and check in date. Please note, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and offers are only made during these times. *Please submit one application per person only - for one location only, please contact us should you need to make any changes once your application is submitted. 

If you have already submitted an application for one of our properties within Unilodge JCU Halls of Residence (Burralga Yumba, George Roberts Hall or Rotary International House);

We kindly ask that you only apply once, for one location within the halls (your first preference of stay).Should you wish to make any changes or discuss that status of your current application, please contact the team directly at reservations.jcu@unilodge.com.au or call 07 4781 4148
