Ensuite room witihin a six bedroom apartment has its own ensuite and also includes a study desk, chair, whiteboard and lamp as well as a king single bed with views. Each room has air-conditioning and a fan or you can enjoy nice breezes by opening your balcony door which is a secure space from the outside. The room also includes shelving for your study books, a wardrobe and a secure swipe lock access system. Accessible rooms are also available. The shared facilities within the apartment include kitchen with fridge/freezer, convection oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and cupboard space. There is also a living room with dining table and chairs, lounge, benches and a TV.
The following fees are applicable upon a successful booking application.
• Application Fee $55
• Administration Fee $350
• Annual Fee (Residential Life Program, Facilities and Damages Funds) $160
• Departure Fee $200
Please note, single semester or single/double trimester contracts are only available to Study Aboard and Exchange students or those students that are completing a course at the end of that semester or trimester period. Proof of enrolment is required with your application to be offered a contract outside of an Academic Year (two semesters) or Trimester Academic Year (three trimesters).
Once we receive your application, we will send you a letter of offer with your confirmed booking and check in date. Please note, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and offers are only made during these times.
