The studio apartments feature a private ensuite and kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer, stovetop, convection oven, toaster, and kettle. Each room also includes a study desk and chair, whiteboard, lamp, king single bed and a secure balcony.
For your comfort, every room has air conditioning and a fan. Additional features include shelving for study books, a wardrobe, and secure key card access. Accessible rooms are also available.
Fees
The following fees apply upon successful acceptance of your booking application. Please note that fees may be subject to change:
Application Fee: $55
Administration Fee: $350
Annual Fee: $185 (Residential Life Program, Facilities and Damages Funds)
Departure Fee: $220
Contract Periods
Single-semester or single/double-trimester contracts are only available to Study Abroad and Exchange students, or to students completing their course at the end of that semester or trimester.
If you are applying for a contract outside the standard Academic Year (two semesters) or Trimester Academic Year (three trimesters), proof of enrolment must be provided with your application.
Booking and Check-In
Once we receive your application, we will send you a letter of offer confirming your booking and check-in date.
Please note that our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and offers are only issued during these hours.
