The following fees are applicable upon a successful booking application for an annual contract for 2026;
- Administration Fee of $151.00 per booking
- Facility Fee of $166.00 per person
- Activity Fee of $272.00 per person
- Departure clean of $169.00 per room
Semester only contracts my be reviewed once all annual contract offers and options are exhausted (subject to exceptions as listed in Terms & Conditions).

- Facility Fee of $85.00 per person
